Bryan Casey Craig, President
Casey Craig is a Senior Manager in the Consumer Goods Practice at Kurt Salmon. He is responsible for assisting retail clients with developing information technology strategies, business development, and account management.
Casey joined Kurt Salmon in 2012. Previously, Casey was a Senior Manager with both Accenture and BearingPoint managing multi-million dollar global IT system implementation projects. These projects involved managing all project finances and over 100 project resources.
He has been active in the community raising vital awareness and funds for cancer initiatives in his support Of Movember, Light the Night (LLS) and F5U Cancer. He also is an annual volunteer for the Special Olympics.
Mr. Craig graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from East Carolina University. He currently resides in Arlington, Virginia with his wife Melissa and son, Eli.
Geoff Harkness, Vice President
Geoff Harkness serves as Managing Director and Technology Practice Leader at Morgan Franklin, a fast growing management and information technology consulting firm. Mr. Harkness is an experienced management and IT consulting executive who delivers high return-on-investment (ROI) projects and transformational solutions incorporating a wide range of applications and technologies. Geoff has led complex deployments of leading enterprise application solutions including financial, human capital, and supply chain management systems and data governance and reporting tools.
Mr. Harkness was formerly a Managing Director at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG LLP) and was employed by Ernst & Young as a management consultant.
He is active in his community, serving as a volunteer at a number of respected charitable and organizations in support of their important missions. He is currently a Board Member at New Hope Housing and has previously supported The Liam J. Perk Foundation, Best Buddies Virginia and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Annual Leukemia Ball Committee.
Mr. Harkness received a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from West Virginia University. Geoff currently resides in Great Falls, VA with his wife and two children.
Jame R. Parrish, Treasurer
Jim Parrish is the founder of the Parrish Law Firm, PLLC, and concentrates his efforts in the field of personal injury litigation and trial work. In his practice, Mr. Parrish represents individuals harmed by the irresponsible actions of others and regularly battles large insurance companies for the benefits to which his clients are entitled.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of PY vs. PD (charitable organization to fund research for Parkinson’s disease) and a former member of Board of Directors of Prince William Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).
Jim graduated from University of Virginia in 1998, where he earned both his undergraduate and law degrees. Currently, Mr. Parrish resides in Gainesville, Virginia with his wife, Mindi, and two young children, Sadi and Jimmy, Jr.
Jennifer Ragone, Secretary
Jennifer Ragone is the Vice President of Global Human Resources Business Development for the Enterprise Services (ES) division of Hewlett Packard. She is responsible for designing and implementing profitable, innovative, and strategic HR solutions for clients. She has supported business globally in over 45 countries providing HR solutioning and consulting services to clients.
Jennifer joined the company is 1993 and has 20 years of diverse HR experience including senior HR business development consultant, recruiting director, staffing strategy development and HR generalist support.
She is proprietor of Yellow Dog Cookies which donates a proportion of proceeds to Susan G. Komen, Avon Walk, and the YMCA.
Miss Ragone graduated in 1992 with a business degree in Marketing from Radford University. She resides in Ashburn, Virginia and is Eli’s much loved Aunt.
