Cyrus' Story

My son Cyrus is two years old.  Cyrus was born with severe cardiac defects that resulted in his mitral valve replacement at 9 months old in Omaha Nebraska. 

Cyrus has an experimental valve in place.  There are less than thirty children in the nation that have this.  Omaha had never placed one before and they lack the experience or ability to dilate the valve without breaking it.  A dilation is now needed for Cyrus. 

Cyrus has an appointment with Boston Children’s Hospital at the end of April.  We are a family of limited means, but are committed to getting the care he needs.  We would appreciate consideration of any help with our travel expenses you might be able to give.
